Ranveer Singh returned to Mumbai on Monday after attending Anant Ambani and Radhika Merchant’s second pre-wedding party cruise, which began in Italy on May 29th and concluded in the South of France on May 2nd. Ranveer took his wife, global star Deepika Padukone, on a dinner date in Mumbai. A video of their outing has gone viral on social media, showcasing Ranveer in a blue shirt and white pants, while Deepika wore a red and white checked kurta pant set.
In the video, Deepika’s mother, Ujjwala Padukone, and her friends are also seen accompanying the couple. Deepika opted for an airy, oversized co-ord set with white and red pinstripes. Ranveer, known for his quirky fashion sense, completed his look with a bucket hat.
The couple is expecting their first child in September and shared the happy news with their fans on Instagram. Despite the joyful announcement, they have faced trolling on social media. Initially, trolls speculated that they opted for surrogacy and did not disclose it.
Later, when Deepika’s baby bump was visible during voting day, the couple faced further trolling, with some social media users calling it fake. Ranveer and Deepika seem to be enjoying this special time in their lives. Ranveer has taken paternity leave to be with his family as they await the arrival of their firstborn.
