Kriti Sanon’s growing closeness to Kabir Bahia is no longer under wraps. The actress has been frequently sharing pictures with him on social media, fueling ongoing relationship rumours that began in 2024. This Diwali, Kriti returned to India after completing the Sicily schedule of Cocktail 2 and shared warm, intimate moments from her festive celebration at home on Instagram.
Kabir Bahia was part of Kriti’s “Ghar Wali Diwali” and was spotted wearing a stylish black and silver embroidered kurta. Kriti looked radiant in a red and gold embroidered sharara, perfectly capturing the festive spirit. Joining the celebration were her younger sister, Nupur Sanon, and Nupur’s rumoured boyfriend, singer Stebin Ben, making it a close-knit family affair.
Kriti and Nupur also celebrated Diwali with their rumoured partners last year, further sparking curiosity about their personal lives. Addressing the ongoing speculation, Kriti had earlier opened up in an interview with Filmfare. “When false or negative information is published about me, it’s frustrating—not just for me, but for my family. They shouldn’t have to bear the consequences of something that isn’t true,” she said. Kriti particularly expressed her annoyance at unverified rumours about her getting married, saying friends often believe them without checking.
“People don’t verify facts before spreading stories, especially on social media where negativity goes viral fast. Constantly having to clear the air is exhausting,” she added.

On the professional front, Kriti is currently working on Cocktail 2, co-starring Shahid Kapoor and Rashmika Mandanna. Directed by Homi Adajania, the film’s first song is expected to premiere alongside Thamma in theatres. Kriti is also gearing up for the release of Tere Ishk Mein, opposite Dhanush, directed by Aanand L. Rai, set to hit screens on November 28.
