Sonakshi Sinha made a dazzling appearance with husband Zaheer Iqbal at ace designer Vikram Phadnis’ grand fashion event, which marked his remarkable 35 years in the fashion industry. The star-studded celebration, themed Vintage India, showcased 100 models walking the ramp in reimagined archival pieces but it was Sonakshi’s elegant arrival that truly set social media abuzz.
The actress turned heads in a gorgeous red flower Anarkali suit, oozing ageless beauty and poise. Zaheer Iqbal suited her well in a traditional navy-blue bandhgala with crisp white salwars. The couple, who wedded earlier this year, posed together with the paparazzi, looking like love before they walked into the venue.
But what really got many of her fans riled up online was what Sonakshi did while making her red carpet appearance. Sharp-eyed internet users picked up on the actress placing her dupatta and hand over her belly during her pose a minor action that immediately prompted a tidal wave of speculation. Social media was awash with speculation that the actress was pregnant. “Oh, she is pregnant,” wrote one, while another said, “She’s pregnant-looking.” A third posted, “I believe she is pregnant.”

Sonakshi and Zaheer exchanged vows on June 23, 2024, under the Special Marriage Act. The two have been spotted at various public events ever since, always exuding a relaxed, loving chemistry.
Talking earlier this year about their interfaith union, Sonakshi said to Hauterrfly, “We weren’t looking at religion. We were two individuals in love and wanted to get married. He isn’t imposing his religion on me, and I am not imposing mine on him. We respect and celebrate each other’s cultures.”
Even though the actress has not made a statement on the recent pregnancy rumor, Sonakshi and Zaheer remain one of Bollywood’s hottest couples, sweet-talking their fans with their chemistry and honesty.
