Her wish is likely to be fulfilled by the Almighty… albeit with a parental twist. Reportedly, if all goes well, Alia Bhatt might well land the chance of being directed by her mother Soni Razdan in a forthcoming flick.
The actress who vroomed into moviedom with STUDENT OF THE YEAR will be swerving into a new cinematic lane with HIGHWAY.
''HIGHWAY was a first, both for my character Veera and me,'' admits Alia. ''Whatever I was doing in the film, I was doing for the very first time, even if it was something simple like climbing a tree.''
Given her blunt-n-feisty stance in interviews (more inter-phews, in her case), it wasn't surprising that she was soon courting controversy. ''I've heard a lot of crazy things about me,'' Alia had admitted in her 'Koffee With Karan' chat, ''But the most weirdest rumour that I'd ever heard about myself was that I was the daughter of….
