The berserk over the star couple Abhishek Bachchan and Aishwarya Rai Bachchan naming their daughter is likely to come to an end in a few days with the former claiming that the couple has finally decided a name for their newly-born.

At a forum where he was a guest speaker, junior Bachchan gave a statement saying that they have got a name and the announcement will shortly follow. However, he expressed his discomfort over releasing photographs of his baby and termed it as ‘pompous thing to do’. But at the same time, he was quite open about ‘people seeing her in everyday life’.

Apparently, according to Abhishek, there will be no ceremony in terms of ”naamkaran” as the family doesn’t believe in any such rituals. If the buzz going around is to be believed the Bachchans are waiting for the head of family Amitabh Bachchan to recover from his ailing health.
Once he is back at his place, the announcement might follow soon. Big B is currently admitted in Seven Hills Hospital where he is recovering from abdominal surgery.
There were speculations earlier that the name that has been zeroed in on for Beti B is ‘Aaliya’; however Abhishek rubbished all such rumors saying that the name certainly is not that.
