Ranbir Kapoor has geared up for his next project which is Abhinav Singh Kashyap’s BESHARAM. The actor has immersed himself for preparing for his role. He has been learning to speak Punjabi.

A source close to the production says, ”They are shooting a lot in Chandigarh, so Ranbir has been learning the language. It is crucial for his character, so a tutor has been hired. He’s been practicing to speak like the locals there – in terms of usage of words and their pronunciations.”

The source adds that now Ranbir will devote more time to concentrate on this film. ”Since YJHD has released and become a huge success, he’s relaxed and at ease. BESHARAM will be his most mass-y film so far, and it’ll have him sharing screen space with his parents for the first time. Even when the film’s poster was released, it generated a lot of curiosity,” says the source.
