The smoking hot model-actor, Avani Modi, who is making her Hindi cinema debut via Madhur Bhandarkar’s CALENDAR GIRLS, is all over the media in a very short span of time, due to her gorgeous looks and talent.

Avani, who plays Nazneen Malik in CALANDER GIRLS, continues her talk with us from where she left, “Yes, Nazneen Malik , my character is made to fight with her elders in the family because of what she is. There are social implications and she has to face the brutal realities and strong social opposition.”
When we queried Avani about Madhur Bhadarkar, the National Award winning director and person, she had some interesting observations. “The biggest thing about Madhur Bhadrakar ji is that he doesn’t come with the baggage of his previous success. He is a wonderful person, easy to work with and doesn’t impose any restrictions or restrains any creative abilities. He is jolly and easygoing and it is great to work with him as there are no pressures and the atmosphere is very light and friendly on the sets.”
Before bidding adieu Avani Modi left us curious by saying, “There is something very interesting about my character, Nazneen Malik, which I would not like to reveal and you will have to find it when you check out CALENDER GIRLS in cinemas.”
