Charu Khandal undergoes successful surgery

RA.ONE animator Charu Khandal, who is battling for her life after she met with an accident a week back, has undergone a successful neck surgery yesterday.

The surgery was conducted to remove the blockage in her neck. The 28-year-old suffered multiple fractures and injuries to her spinal cord in the accident.

Charu Khandal was seriously injured when the auto rickshaw in which she was travelling was hammered by a speeding Honda City car in the wee hours of Sunday at Mumbai’s Oshiwara area.
