Veteran model, comedian, film and theatre actor Dinyar Contractor died on Wednesday, family sources said. He was 79.
He had been suffering from various age-related illnesses for some time.
Dinyar's last rites will be performed later in the day in Worli.
Dinyar is well known for his roles in the movies Chori Chori Chupke Chupke, 36 China Town, Khiladi, and Baadshah. He has also played his role in Television shows like Do Aur Do Paanch, Khichdi, Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah.
