After making movies like KHOSLA KA GHOSLA and OYE LUCKY LUCKY OYE, Dibakar Banerjee is back with a thriller based on the movie Z. His film SHANGHAI stars Abhay Deol, Emraan Hashmi, Kalki Koechlin and Prosenjit Chatterjee.
Praising the actors, Dibakay says, “Frankly I have been stunned by the performances from our stars and our character artistes. I can safely say that all preconceived notions that people have about both Abhay and Emraan are going to be shattered by this movie.” Dibakar even mentioned that actress Kalki Koechlin and Bengal’s superstar Prosenjit are also brilliant in the film.

Abhay, who will be working with Dibakar for the second time, said, “Dibakar is one of the finest directors. I had the opportunity to work with him in OYE LUCKY LUCKY OYE. I love the way he creates his own world through his scripts. He has a brilliant way of telling stories.”
