Veteran actor Dharmendra remains ageless in his unflinching commitment to fitness and a healthy lifestyle. At 89, the legendary Bollywood actor remains a role model, displaying remarkable agility and energy in his recent workout clips.
Aqua Workouts and Agility
Dharmendra recently posted a video of his swimming pool routine that left everyone speechless. The actor, who wore a loose-fitting T-shirt and hat, was seen undertaking gentle aquatic exercise with the assistance of a float tube and ball. He could be seen, in the footage, actively exercising his body and arms to the point of loosening flexibility and building strength. A voiceover from an instructor was audible as Dharmendra was walked through the procedure, an indicator of the actor’s insistence on the supervision of expert fitness.
In another video that was uploaded soon after, Dharmendra was seen with his trainer in the swimming pool. Under the guidance of his trainer, he performed a series of leg exercises, displaying unexpected strength and coordination. Not only do water exercises reinforce joint health, but they also underscore how necessary low-impact exercise regimens are for the elderly.

Comments such as “Respect for Dharmendra sir. Lovely human forever,” and “Workout in waters. Best wishes for being fit with muscles,” resonated across platforms. His son Bobby Deol replied with heart emojis, while daughter Esha Deol showed her love and pride with loving reactions.
Consistency and Motivation
This is not the first time Dharmendra has taken fans through his fitness regimen. Earlier this month, he posted a video from his gym session, showing off his huge leg muscles and energetic vibe. Sitting comfortably and grinning, the actor cried out, “Look at my thighs and muscles,” crediting his change for frequent physiotherapy and exercise. He included a motivational note in the caption: “Muscles have memory. They get back to you… Exercise regularly.”

Remaining Active in Movies
Besides his exercise regimen, Dharmendra remains active on the silver screen as well. Following his recent appearances in Rocky Aur Rani Kii Prem Kahaani and Teri Baaton Mein Aisa Uljha Jiya, he will be appearing in Sriram Raghavan’s new film Ikkis, with Agastya Nanda. At close to 90, Dharmendra is a living example that age is merely a number when it comes to a passion-filled life.
