This Friday’s mega release, Sajid Nadiadwala’s Salman, Jacqueline, Nawazuddin and Randeep starrer, KICK, expectedly embarked on a great start across most of India. What is surprising is that despite the dull pre-Eid days, audience turned out in hordes to watch the film, and one can only imagine what the collections will be once Eid sets in.

The first day may well be around the 30 crore mark, making it one of the highest single day total. As of now, the film is likely to march towards a hit or super hit status for sure.
Meanwhile from last Friday’s multiple releases it was just Bhushan Kumar’s HATE STORY 2 that achieved success netting 23-24 crore during the opening week, as per early estimations.
Concluding with Dharma Productions’ Varun-Alia starrer, HUMPTY SHARMA KI DULHANIA, the film maintained very well getting 20 crore, thus netting 72 crore in two weeks (to be validated) from India and is a clean hit.
