Being a Marathi mulgi, Gudi Padwa was always celebrated on a big scale in Isha’s house. This year the actress will be reaching just in the nick of time to be a part of the festivities.

Isha says, “I have been out of the country for a while now and I’m glad to be home for Gudi Padwa. It’s the start of a new year and I love to be with my family and friends on this day.”
The actress incidentally has never missed the occasion before, “I have never missed Gudi Padwa and have always celebrated it with my parents and relatives. As kids, my brother and I would look forward to playing with our cousins. I even bought my first car on this day,” recollects the actress.
Gudi Padwa is also special for the Koppikar family as Isha’s parents got married on this auspicious day as well.
