The wait is finally over for Karan Veer Mehra fans! The Bigg Boss 18 winner revealed the first-look motion poster from his upcoming film Silaa, and the response has been electric. In the poster, Karan debuts a rugged and intense new avatar as Zehraak a character that promises to leave a lasting impact. With a piercing gaze and a still, powerful presence, Zehraak is described as the “silence before the storm.”
Sharing the poster via a collaborative post with the film’s makers, Karan captioned it: “Khud hi khuda, khud hi insaaf! Khauf ka naya naam – ZEHRAAK.”

Celebrities and fans quickly took to social media to applaud the look. Actress Chum Darang wrote, “Go Zehraak ”, while Shilpa Shirodkar commented, “Love, love, and only love, my Karan ❤️… This is just the beginning.” Raghav Juyal added, “ G faaad”, and Simple Kaul wrote, “Wow wow wow! Filming Begins with Mahurat Shot
Karan had earlier shared images from Silaa’s mahurat shoot on July 1, officially marking the start of filming. The photos feature him alongside director Omung Kumar (Mary Kom, Sarbjit) holding the mahurat clapperboard. Co-stars Harshvardhan Rane, Sadia Khateeb, and Ipsitaa were also present.
