As soon as a picture of Kareena Kapoor wearing a casual long t-shirt with a shawl wrapped around her belly was circulated online, rumours were widespread that the actress is trying to hide a baby bump and is pregnant. But, it seems that the stories about her pregnancy were baseless.
A close associate of Kareena confirms, ''No, she isn't pregnant. It is strange how there has been so much frenzy with just a solitary picture floating around. There is no truth to the so-called news and for Kareena, it is business as usual.''
As it has turned out, it was basically the camera angle which was a culprit here as a result of which Kareena seemed to be carrying a bump.
Kareena is all the more amused about the rumours. However, she is unaffected by them and is all set to begin a marathon shooting schedule planned later this month. ''On 20th February she resumes shooting for Madhur Bhandarkar's HEROINE. This would go on for 25-30 days and Kareena has again confirmed to her director that she would be reporting for the shoot. If she was carrying a baby, she wouldn't have been in any position to shoot for the film'', informs our source.
