A producer whispers about making a film with the hit director at a film party and they both scream BAADSHAHO. This is how Milan Luthria and Bhushan Kumar decided on making their next BAADSHAHO with Ajay Devgn.

T-Series brings back the intense actor – director Jodi of ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI – Ajay Devgn and Milan Luthria in an emotional drama with action BAADSHAHO. Milan who has done three films with Ajay earlier (KACHCHE DHAAGE, CHORI CHORI and ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI) says, “Ajay has always ended up deciding on doing all my earlier films within just half an hour. Ajay is a very impatient man. For BAADSHAHO too, I called him and said how I was very excited about the film and wanted to come and narrate it to him. He was shooting and as soon as I entered his van, he said, ‘Bol, bol, bol kya hai’ I told him the idea and he said done again within just half an hour. My big excitement is to have cast Ajay again.”
Bhushan Kumar speaking on how he decided to produce the drama film says, “During the success party of Milan’s film ONCE UPON A TIME IN MUMBAAI, I told Milan that I wanted to work with him. As soon as Ajay came on board, we all decided to join hands and make this film.”
Bhushan Kumar who is thrilled to start his project with Milan Luthria adds, “I am excited to get Ajay Devgn and Milan Luthria combination back on silver screen. The duo has given hits and BAADSHAHO will be another addition to their kitty.”
The shooting of BAADSHAHO, based on the name of Ajay’s character in the film, will commence in the second half of 2015 and will release on the Independence weekend of 2016.
