Veteran producer Anand Pandit along with the entire team of biopic PM NARENDRA MODI have faced a tough time releasing the film. The team calls it as a classic case of Bollywood becoming a soft target at the hand of politicians.
Having braved the storm and fought for justice, team PM NARENDRA MODI is gearing up for the release of the film on May 24th. On the eve of the release Pandit has made an appeal to the film fraternity. "Time and again art and creativity have faced challenges at the altar of politics. We, as the entertainment industry, are soft target. We must stand united to fight these challenges and back each other in such times. The film has not just been a cinematic journey but one that has personally been a struggle for justice. It is a time to be united as an industry and support a cinematic endeavour that has no agenda."
The film is produced by Sandip Ssingh, Anand Pandit and directed by Omung Kumar. The film stars Vivek Anand Oberoi in and as PM NARENDRA MODI. Anand Pandit was associated with films like TOTAL DHAMAAL, BAAZAAR, PYAAR KA PUNCHNAMA 2, SATYAMEVA JAYATE, BATTI GUL METER CHALU, SARKAR 3 and, MISSING.
