Filmmaker Madhur Bhandarkar on Sunday revealed the first poster of his much-awaited film HEROINE.
The poster showcases the lead actor of the film, Kareena Kapoor, in a glamorous avatar.
“Presenting the 1st poster of #Heroine to all my well wishers. Hope you like it,” Bhandarkar tweeted.

“Thank u all for your patience & support. I can finally confirm that d poster of #Heroine will be out on 23rd & trailer on 25th of july,” he had earlier posted on micro-blogging site Twitter.
The film is likely to hit silver screen in September.
It also features actors Arjun Rampal, Randeep Hooda and Shahana Goswami.
Bhandarkar had earlier signed Aishwariya Rai Bachchan for the role but she backed out of the film due to her pregnancy and the film faced an abrupt halt.
The film revolves around the life of a once successful film actress.
