Actor Ranveer Singh, who is currently shooting for his upcoming film GUNDAY, has been diagnosed with severe dengue and has been admitted to a suburban hospital.

Ranveer contracted an infection and high fever during the Durgapur shoot of GUNDAY but chose to continue to shoot as per the schedule in spite of the illness and discomfort, so as to not cause any inconvenience and loss to the production.

The hospital sources were surprised when they learnt about the actor’s decision to continue the shoot in spite of suffering from a severe condition. Currently, nothing can be said about how long the actor will take time to resume his work.
