An alarming incident came to light on Thursday night when an intruder stabbed Saif Ali Khan at his Mumbai residence while attempting to burglarize it. The actor sustained multiple injuries and was rushed to Lilavati Hospital, where he is being treated at present. He reportedly suffered six stab wounds and underwent surgery. His medical team is now closely monitoring his recovery.
Several Bollywood celebrities were seen visiting Saif at the hospital. We can see Alia and Ranbir’s car entering inside the hospital premises. Kareena Kapoor also reached earlier to visit Saif. Kareena Kapoor Khan, his wife, and the children Sara Ali Khan and Ibrahim Ali Khan arrived earlier. This attack has been a shock for the film fraternity, and the celebrities are talking about their anxiety and the sense of condemnation they are feeling about this incident.

The attack has also brought to the fore issues of security in Bandra, an area that was earlier considered a safe residential hub for celebrities. Actress and filmmaker Pooja Bhatt took to X (formerly Twitter) to express her outrage and urge authorities to address the rising crime rates. “Can this lawlessness please be curbed @MumbaiPolice @CPMumbaiPolice. We need more police presence in Bandra.”. The city & especially the queen of the suburbs, have never felt so unsafe before,” she wrote, tagging key officials, including Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis.
Meanwhile, police teams have been posted at Saif’s residence. An investigation into the incident to identify and capture the intruder is underway. The CCTV footage has been reviewed for tracing the attacker, and some additional security measures are discussed to ensure that the residents are safe and sound.
Saif Ali Khan’s team issued an official statement and said, “Saif Ali Khan has emerged out of surgery and is safe. He is in recovery, and the doctors are monitoring his condition.
