Though the most unlikely Bollywood star is desperate to throw away the ‘serial kisser’ tag of the media, he is also quick to acknowledge its paybacks. In the recently held success party of his film RAAZ 3, a media person asked the film’s leading man Emraan Hashmi as to why is it that Salman Khan delivers hits after hits without sex and kisses, while he has to rely on the twin factors to succeed at the box office, and if he would like to be called a mini Salman Khan now for delivering regular but smaller hits like the senior thesp.

An unruffled Emraan was quick to come up with a repartee. He said that Salman does not know what he is missing. He (Emraan) has more fun than Salman in his films and being tagged as a serial kisser has certain fringe benefits Salman is deprived of. Emraan will certainly not like to be identified as anyone else than himself. He added that he was just ten year old in the industry, and thus could wait to attain the stature of the much senior and highly experienced and accomplished stars like the Khans.

On being asked if he would like to be tagged as the Hitman Hashmi or the Serial Kisser Emraan, he said both the tags were media creations and the Hitman Hashmi tag would be a refreshing change for him though delivering hits was not under his control.
