Shah Rukh Khan’s Latest Ad Sparks Controversy: Did He Get a Nose Job or Was it VFX?

Shah Rukh Khan's Latest Ad Edit Revealed: De-Aging and Nose Editing Exposed?

Shah Rukh Khan has once again become the talk of social media—not for a film or public appearance, but for his appearance in a new jewellery brand advertisement. The ad has gone viral, with fans and critics alike speculating about possible digital alterations to the actor’s face, particularly his nose.

Netizens Suspect De-Ageing and VFX Work

While there has been no official confirmation from Shah Rukh Khan or the brand, several social media users are convinced that his nose in the video appears “thinner, sharper, and narrower” than usual. Observers have pointed out that Khan’s real nose is typically broader at the base, sparking theories that VFX or digital de-ageing techniques may have been used.

Reddit users have been particularly vocal, with one asking, “Why is Shah Rukh’s nose being VFXed even in ads?” Others remarked that the actor looks “like a CGI character” or even “like his own lookalike.” Another user commented, “So sad to watch. He doesn’t even look real.”

Mixed Reactions Online

While some believe the digital edits stem from insecurity or experimentation with AI, others are defending the ad, claiming they see no noticeable changes. One comment stated, “It’s his skin that looks suspiciously smooth, not the nose.” Others questioned why such a mega superstar would feel the need to alter his appearance at all.

A few even speculated that Khan may be helping his production company experiment with AI and VFX technologies, using himself as the subject.
