The charming, young and highly talented Sharman Joshi has just wrapped up the shooting of the Faraz Haider directed, WAR CHHOD NA YAAR. Apart from that his major projects include Vidhu Vinod Chopra's CHITHIYAAN (which will take off later), and the Indra Kumar directed, SUPER NANI.
To know more about the much anticipated SUPER NANI we caught up with Sharman and asked him if the film was a continuation of Indra Kumar's super hit MASTI series. The thorough bred gentlemen and always forth right (with his answers) Sharman replied in the negative saying, "No, no! It is definitely not a continuation of the MASTI series."
We probed Sharman further and he elaborated, "If you remember, Indraji's forte has been emotional family entertainers like MOHABBAT, DIL, BETA to name a few. In fact with SUPER NANI Indra Kumar is back to his BETA days (which swept the awards) and even RAJA, which was high on emotional quotient."
With an actor of the class of Sharman Joshi, master actress and the still ageless beauty Rekha (essaying the lead role) and hit director Indra Kumar directing it, SUPER NANI may well turn out to be a super film as well.
