Sunita Ahuja’s Claim on Govinda Ignored Yashvardhan’s Career? Here’s Govinda’s Unexpected Response!

Govinda responds to Sunita Ahuja’s claims, says he tried to help son Yash’s career and left politics to protect his family.

The ongoing public exchange between Govinda and his wife Sunita Ahuja has once again drawn attention, this time over allegations regarding their son Yashvardhan Ahuja’s career and the state of their marriage. After Sunita’s recent interviews in which she accused the veteran actor of infidelity and failing to support their son professionally, Govinda has now addressed the claims.

Sunita Ahuja has previously spoken candidly about what she described as “trouble in paradise.” In multiple interviews, she alleged that Govinda may be involved with a younger woman who, according to her, is interested in his wealth and is allegedly blackmailing him. In addition to the accusations about his personal life, she also questioned his role as a father, claiming he did not help their son Yashvardhan build his career in the film industry.

Responding to these allegations in a conversation with ANI, Govinda offered his perspective. The Hero No. 1 actor stated that he has always prioritized his family, even making major professional sacrifices for them. He revealed that he stepped away from politics to ensure that his public life would not negatively affect his children or create complications within the household.

“I did not want my political career to affect my family or have an adverse effect on my kids,” Govinda explained, suggesting that his decision to exit politics was rooted in protecting his loved ones.

Addressing the claims regarding Yashvardhan’s career, Govinda maintained that he did try to support his son’s entry into the film industry. He revealed that he personally approached filmmaker Sajid Nadiadwala, the producer of O’ Romeo, requesting his guidance for Yash. According to Govinda, Nadiadwala responded positively, offering Yash access to his office space and mentorship to understand the technical and creative aspects of filmmaking.

Govinda said that this opportunity allowed Yash to observe and learn about different elements of cinema, including production and storytelling. However, he added that beyond this step, he was not consulted much regarding further career decisions.

“Aur mujhse jada pucha nahi gaya,” he stated, which translates to, “And no one consulted me much.” He also reflected on the atmosphere at home, implying emotional strain. “Aur aise ek mahol ghar mein taiyaar tha, ki jisme ki main rishtey mai na kaamyaab hun,” he said, suggesting that the environment in the house made him feel unsuccessful in the relationship.

Sunita, however, presented a contrasting narrative in her interview with Miss Malini. She asserted that Yashvardhan is entirely self-made and has not relied on his father’s industry influence. According to her, Yash went through nearly 90 auditions without asking Govinda to call in favors or recommend him to filmmakers. “He didn’t ask Govinda to call anyone. Govinda also never helped Yash,” she claimed.

Sunita further revealed that she confronted Govinda about not actively supporting their children. She criticized the company he keeps and expressed frustration over what she perceives as his flawed judgment. “I told Govinda that he has to support his son, but I don’t understand his thinking. The company that he keeps is so bad, I don’t know what they teach him. His own career is ruined,” she said in the interview.

Amid the public back-and-forth, Yashvardhan Ahuja is preparing to step into the spotlight. He is reportedly set to make his acting debut in a romantic film directed by Sai Rajesh and produced by Madhu Mantena, in collaboration with Allu Aravind and SKN Films. As he gears up for his launch, the controversy surrounding his parents continues to generate headlines.

While both Govinda and Sunita have shared differing accounts of events, the situation highlights the complexities of balancing family, fame, and legacy in the public eye.
