The debate surrounding Nepotism in Bollywood refuses to cease. While some people are accused of being the flag bearer of Nepotism, the other cries about being victim of it. However actor Sushant Singh Rajput has an interesting opinion on Nepotism
At the trailer launch of RAABTA Sushant was asked whether he has been victim of nepotism in Bollywood since he is an outsider in this industry, the actor gave an interesting reply to this query, he said, “Almost all the films that I have done and am doing are the films that I really wanted to do. So I have many options of choosing my films, so from a personal point of view I cannot complain.
But having said that nepotism is there and it’s everywhere in all sorts of industry not just in Bollywood. I think both of them can peacefully co-exist if you allow new talents from outside to flourish and encourage, then there is no problem with nepotism. But if you don’t allow that then there is a problem as the whole structure of industry will collapse.”
Well, Sushant’s views are very matured and wise. And we totally agree with him.
