Well, while we have seen Nana Patekar & Anil Kapoor having full-on masti in WELCOME, this time there is a new & hotter addition in WELCOME BACK. Yes, we are talking about John Abraham (who seems to have replaced the sweet & innocent Akshay Kumar from WELCOME). This time (from the posters), it seems like Nana Patekar has turned out to be a good man, while John, on the other seems to be the bad lad!
We say so because Nana, who played a don in WELCOME, is now seen holding a flower in his hand (unlike in the first part), while John is blazing hot with a gun pointed over his head!
This sequel to WELCOME has John Abraham – Shruti Haasan instead of Akshay Kumar – Katrina Kaif, & also Naseeruddin Shah (who is believed to be playing the role of late Feroz Khan from the prequel).
Directed by Anees Bazmee, WELCOME BACK is slated to release on September 4, 2015.
