‘No, not at all,’ says Neha, ”Cliched as it may sound but really, it is not just about the length of the character that you play in films; it was more about the kind of girl I was bringing on screen. Yes, it is a guest appearance but I really liked portraying Meera. I am sure there would have been 20 other girls out there who may think that this is not a right move since it is as small role. However conventional isn’t something for me in any case. Even CROOK was hardly a quintessential love story with which I started my career. It was a dramatic tale about racism. Even KYAA SUPER KOOL HAIN HUM is not conventional by any angle.”

Even though TERI MERI KAHAANI is hardly a biopic in the offering, it is being sold as an epical tale for sure, what with three different eras involved and Neha’s character being seen in the current times.
”Yes, Kunal has indeed told an epic love story here and I really like what Meera brings to the table here. It was a wonderful experience working on the film and shall I add, a real fun trip,” she smiles.
