Zafar has had a very interesting career turns in his life. Apart from learning music, he also learned painting from the National College of Arts. Before stepping into the musical world, he appeared in several commercial advertisements and acted in television.
Ali Zafar also worked as a portrait artist in a five-star hotel in Lahore where he used to draw sketches of visitors and guests. The actor made his debut as a musician with the album Huqa Pani and as an actor in Bollywood with the hit comedy film, TERE BIN LADEN.
