PAL PAL DIL KE PAAS movie review is here. Directed by Sunny Deol and produced by Sunny Sounds Pvt Ltd and Zee Studios, the romantic drama introduces the third generation of Deol’s Karan Deol.

Sahher Bambba also makes her debut. Does the launch pad of Karan and Sahher does its ‘dharam’ to make us fall in love?. Let’s find out in the movie review of PAL PAL DIL KE PAAS.

Immediate reaction when the end credits roll
From DIL BHI TERA HUM BHI TERE that introduced Dharmendra in 1960, to BETAAB in 1983, to PAL PAL DIL KE PASS the almost six year old legacy of Deols shows fresh promise in Karan Deol.

The Story of PAL PAL DIL KE PAAS
An orphan Karan Sehgal (Karan Deol) runs a unique adventure camp in Manali. A video blogger Saher Sethi (Sahher Bambba) believes that there is some hidden secret behind the exorbitant price of the high profile trek.

A five day of exciting adventure in the picturesque mountains is followed by attraction leading to friendship and love. But there is a hitch Saher’s ex boy friend played by Akash Ahuja. What happens next?.

PAL PAL DIL KE PAAS movie review
Eye popping picturesque locations, cute and shy Karan Deol is like his father – a young Sunny Deol from some angles. Sahher Bambba is pretty and leaves an impression. Sunny Deol direction is heartfelt that shows traces of his previous directorial DILLAGI in getting the youthful feel in sync with times.

Sunny Deol the traditional love story by heart. Music by Sachet-Parampara and Tanishk Bagchi has soul with “ Adha BHi Zyada’ topping the list. Himman Dhameja and Ragul Dharuman’s cinematography play a pivotal role as well.

So where is the problem?
The problem lies in the damn predictability, lack of novelty and rawness of the lead. Karan is cute but has to work on his dialogue delivery seriously. He is not gifted with that imposing brawn like his father and grandfather.

A sensitive writer who could have exploited Karan’s rap skills with his innocent look and that may have done wonders. It could have still remained a love story – just a humble suggestion. The chemistry is pleasing but the dialogues fail to make any impact.

Final words
PAL PAL DIL KE PAAS the titled inspired from a song sung by Kishore Kumar from Dharmendra’s classic BLACKMAIL is likely to be torn apart by many for its kack of novelty.

It’s not the love story that every mind wants but it is a love story that every heart that bleeds love for the Deols and traditional love stories may desire. Going with a generous three – an extra for the love for Deols.
