Ariana Grande has unleashed her new single ‘Positions’ and it’s everything we hoped it would be.
The 27-year-old singer has been teasing her fans for days and now it’s finally here.
She had revealed last week that she’d be releasing a follow-up album to her last year’s blockbuster ‘Thank u, next’ before the end of October.
Grande, whose latest album ‘Thank U, Next’ was released in 2019, took to social media to confirm that the track would arrive today (October 23).
‘Positions’ is the first song from Ariana Grande‘s upcoming sixth studio album, which is expected to arrive the day before Halloween.
Ariana released her much-anticipated song on Friday along with the accompanying music video that was directed by Dave Meyers who has previously worked with her on ‘No Tears Left to Cry,’ ‘God is a Woman,’ ‘The Light is Coming,’ and ‘Beauty and the Beast’ videos.
The first single off her forthcoming album, rumored to also be titled ‘Positions’ sees Ariana Grande as the President of the United States and hangs out in the White House and runs some meetings.
The pop star already had a huge 2020. She reportedly topped the Hot 100 twice with the sentimental Justin Bieber duet ‘Stuck With You,’ and the emotional Lady Gaga link-up ‘Rain On Me.’
Ariana Grande’s album is scheduled to release on Oct. 30.
