I’d Marry You Again and Again’: Justin Baldoni’s Adorable Message to Wife Emily Baldoni on 12-Year Anniversary

Justin Baldoni Marks 12th Wedding Anniversary Amid Ongoing Legal Battle with Blake Lively

While embroiled in a high-profile legal dispute, actor and filmmaker Justin Baldoni took a moment on Sunday to celebrate a major personal milestone—his 12th wedding anniversary with wife Emily Baldoni. The couple, known for their strong family bond, marked the occasion with touching social media posts, even as Baldoni faces serious allegations from actress Blake Lively.

A Heartfelt Anniversary Tribute

The Jane the Virgin star shared a nostalgic photo from his wedding day on Instagram, captioning it with, “I’d marry you again and again and again and again… Happy anniversary, my love. T W E L V E.” The post reflected Baldoni’s enduring affection for Emily, with whom he shares two children: 10-year-old Maiya and 7-year-old Maxwell.

Emily also joined in on the celebration, posting a recent candid of the couple sharing a kiss—captured by their daughter. She added, “Still madly in love with you,” along with the number 12 spelled out, symbolizing their years of togetherness.

Legal Turmoil with Blake Lively

However, the couple’s anniversary comes during a turbulent time. Baldoni is currently in a legal battle with actress Blake Lively, his co-star from the upcoming film It Ends With Us. The working relationship reportedly soured during production, and in December, Lively filed a lawsuit accusing Baldoni of sexual harassment and launching a retaliatory smear campaign.

Lively’s complaint included claims of missed career opportunities, such as being dropped from hosting Saturday Night Live in September 2024. Her legal team stated that the fallout from the alleged harassment had a “substantial” impact on her personal and professional life.

Baldoni’s Countersuit and Taylor Swift’s Involvement

In response, Baldoni filed a $400 million countersuit against Lively and her husband, actor Ryan Reynolds. While a judge dismissed the defamation claim in June, other charges including civil extortion and invasion of privacy remain under review.

Lively also sought a protective order to prevent access to her text messages with singer Taylor Swift, but the request was denied. The judge ruled Baldoni’s legal team could examine those conversations, as Swift was present at a contentious script meeting held at Lively’s home—allegedly without her prior knowledge.

A Battle Far From Over

Both parties have denied all allegations, and the case remains active. As the legal proceedings unfold, Baldoni’s personal life continues to stand in contrast to the professional challenges he currently faces.
