John Cena recently made his red carpet debut with new girlfriend Shay Shariatzadeh at the premiere of his film 'Playing With Fire'.
The pro-wrestler, actor and TV host has moved on with new girlfriend Shay after his split from wrestler fiance Nikki Bella just four weeks before they were due to tie the knot. The 42-year-old spoke about their love in an interview on 'The Today Show' with guest host Andy Cohen on Thursday.

During the interview, Cohen asked about people saying that Shay looks like Nikki. "Thank you so much for asking that question, but I’ll keep that as your question and keep those details to myself," the wrestler turned actor said while avoiding the question.
"I can say with great confidence I’m extremely happy." he added.
John Cena explained that he doesn't want to repeat his past mistakes to fans who watched his romance with Nikki Bella unfold on Total Diva and Total Bellas. "Every experience in life is a chance for us to know who we are and who we’re not, and just because I went down one avenue in life doesn’t mean I’m going to repeat going down that avenue," he said in response. "I think if there is a learning experience for me and a takeaway for me, it’s ok to be who you are and it’s ok to establish boundaries."
"So just because a precedent was set, doesn't mean you need to follow that precedent as long as you take ownership of who you are and I think that's an important message for anybody watching out there." he added further.
John met Shay Shariatzadeh in a restaurant while he was filming 'Playing With Fire' in Vancouver in March. The couple kept their relationship under wraps until they walked the red carpet together at the movie's New York premiere on October 26. 'Playing With Fire' will hit the theatres this Friday.
