Lee Si Young’s 8 Year marriage ends! Sweet Home actress files for divorce

South Korean actress, Lee Si Young, who married a businessman, Jo Seung Hyun, in 2017, has apparently decided to end their 8-year union. The news came out in July this year that the couple had filed for divorce at the Seoul Family Court. Though both Lee Si Young and Jo Seung Hyun have agreed to separate, the settlement has yet to be completed through a negotiations deal.

It was confirmed by Lee Si Young’s agency, Ace Factory, that the actress and her husband are still in the midst of negotiations for their separation settlement. The agency said it would not give out further information about the proceedings because it is a personal matter. The couple, meanwhile, was said to have been utterly shocked at the news, considering that it was thought they were happily married and stable in their lives, as evidenced by their photos on social media with their son.
