Orlando Bloom seems to be recovering from his recent breakup with long-term girlfriend and fiancée, Katy Perry. The Lord of the Rings star was recently seen holidaying in Italy with his son Flynn and another mystery woman, weeks after the couple ended their engagement.

In photos posted by TMZ, Bloom was snorkeling alongside his 13-year-old son, Flynn, whom he has with former wife Miranda Kerr. With them, a mystery woman was seen sunning herself on the yacht in a black bikini as others swam in the background. Her identity is not known.
Nine-Year Relationship Comes to an End, Emphasis Turns to Co-Parenting
Katy Perry and Orlando Bloom started dating in 2016 after they met at a Golden Globes afterparty. They went public with their relationship later that year and, after a short breakup in 2017, got back together in 2018. The pair became engaged in 2019 and had their daughter, Daisy Dove, in 2020. But after being together for nine years, the couple ended things.

Sources report that the break was caused by Katy’s demanding work life and frustration at the tepid response to her recent album. Even though Bloom was said to be supportive, the drama put a strain on the relationship.

Committed to Co-Parenting
Even with the breakup, the couple is determined to co-parent their daughter. In a statement, their representatives assured, “Orlando and Katy have been transitioning their relationship to focus on co-parenting… Their common priority is – and always will be – raising their daughter with love, stability and mutual respect.”
Orlando recently posted family photos from Europe that included both Katy and Daisy, indicating their commitment to keeping the family close despite their breakup.
