At Mission: Impossible The Final Reckoning’s New York premiere on May 18, Tom Cruise just couldn’t speak enough about Ana de Armas. Inquiring about her next film Ballerina with Keanu Reeves, Cruise explained to Extra, “She’s a very talented actress dramatic, comedic, quick learner.” At another interview with Access Hollywood, the 62-year-old referred to her as “incredible,” appreciating her range and presence in the movie alongside Reeves. During promotion of the film in London, he even called Ballerina “kick-a–.”
Ana de Armas Suggests Several Projects with Cruise
On Good Morning America, Ana de Armas gushed about collaborating with Cruise. Ana said they’re working on a few future projects with directors Doug Liman and Christopher McQuarrie. “It’s so much fun,” she said, smiling at what they will do in the future.
Insider Suggests Romance Might Be Bloomig
Even though both actors have denied rumors, an insider informed Us Weekly that Cruise and de Armas could be more than friends. “It’s low-key, still new and in the early stages,” the insider disclosed. The two allegedly met last February to discuss a project but shortly after fell for each other. Cruise is reportedly “courting” Ana and is being very slow and careful.
