Rexha, clearly frustrated by the ongoing scrutiny, didn’t hold back in her response. She tweeted, “And you might wanna jump on some type of therapy, sis. Lexapro worked great for me. Something that helps with the deep-rooted sadness and chaos you keep projecting.” In a now-deleted tweet, Rexha also opened up about her mental fatigue due to constant body-shaming and revealed her struggles with PCOS and infertility. “I got pregnant, and it didn’t work out… maybe now you’ll think twice before commenting on anyone’s body,” she wrote.

Banks Shares Her Own Health Journey
In the midst of the online clash, Banks revealed that Lexapro—an antidepressant Rexha mentioned—didn’t work for her. “Lexapro LITERALLY made me fat,” she said, adding that she quit SSRIs in 2019 and now relies on herbal supplements like ashwagandha and turmeric.
