A video clip circulating online shows the 29-year-old model wearing a silver fringed bra, matching bottoms, and oversized white angel wings. In the footage, she appears unsteady, looking down several times and even grabbing her wings for balance.
“She was struggling,” one TikTok user commented, while another added, “I thought she was gonna fall.” Some viewers worried about her health, suggesting the wings may have been too heavy. “She might have almost died or she’s in survival mode,” one person speculated, while another noted that the closing angel’s wings are “always insane.”

A representative for Hadid has not responded to the concerns.
The appearance came nearly a month after Hadid shared a series of emotional hospital photos documenting her ongoing battle with Lyme disease. In the images, she’s seen hooked up to an IV, visibly distressed, and wrapped in blankets. Support poured in from family, with sister Gigi Hadid writing, “I love you! I hope [you] feel as strong and good as you deserve, soon!!!!!!” Their mother Yolanda Hadid added, “Lyme warrior.”
Despite the setback, Bella seemed to bounce back quickly. She was seen just a week later in Paris wearing a brown trench coat, jeans, and a Coach Tabby bag. The Orebella founder also posted a health update on Instagram, sharing a treadmill clip with the caption, “Just walking but still! Getting my stamina back.”
Her Victoria’s Secret return was meant to mark a triumphant moment — but fans remain watchful of her health as she continues to recover.
