V, who enlisted in the military at age 29, began focusing on strength training during his service. Even after his recent discharge, he continues to hit the gym regularly. Fans have noticed visible changes in his physique especially in his arms. Observant ARMYs even pointed out that his once-close moles now appear farther apart due to increased muscle mass.
