MCU’s Squad Steps Up for a Deadly Mission: Thunderbolts Darkest Dialogues Revealed

Marvel Studios has now released the latest and final Thunderbolts trailer for their highly anticipated new film featuring Florence Pugh, Sebastian Stan, David Harbour, Wyatt Russell, Lewis Pullman, Olga Kurylenko, and Geraldine Vishwanathan. The trailer introduces audiences to a darker new mission with Yelena Belova (Pugh) at its forefront. With the world reeling after the defeat of the Avengers, Yelena teams up with Red Guardian, John Walker, Taskmaster, and Ghost to fight an enigmatic criminal called The Void, played by Lewis Pullman.

The promo explores Yelena’s internal conflict, featuring her attempts to get over the loss of her sister, Natasha Romanoff (Scarlett Johansson). Her adoptive father, Red Guardian (David Harbour), pushes her to heal and look forward. John Walker (Wyatt Russell) meanwhile ponders over his messy past with Captain America’s legacy. New actress Mel, Geraldine Vishwanathan, reminisces about a time when there was hope during the Avengers’ era, prompting Bucky Barnes (Sebastian Stan) to proclaim, “We can be the ones that are coming.”

A Much-Needed Win for Marvel
Against the strong backdrop of Queen’s Under Pressure, the trailer showcases the internal struggles of the team with trauma, remorse, and redemption as they battle to take up the huge void that Endgame left behind.

Directed by Jake Schreier, Thunderbolts will release on May 2. Marvel Studios is looking forward to a strong performance at the box office, particularly following the lackluster run of Captain America: A Brave New World. With Avengers: Doomsday lined up in the future, Thunderbolts may be the key victory Marvel requires to revive momentum and revitalize its audience.
