Blackpink’s Lisa is set to release her third solo single of 2024, following the massive success of ROCKSTAR and her collaboration with Rosalía on New Woman. The rapper recently teased the upcoming track on Instagram, where fans got a sneak peek of the instrumental, which seems to sample Sixpence None The Richer’s iconic hit Kiss Me. In the short clip, Lisa is seen dancing around her Beverly Hills mansion, ending the teaser by singing the line “So kiss me,” further building anticipation for the release.
This track marks another milestone in Lisa’s solo career after parting ways with YG Entertainment in December 2023 and launching her own label, LLOUD, in February 2024. Her return to the music scene in June with ROCKSTAR was a huge hit, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard Global 200 Excl. US and making impressive placements on the Billboard Global 200 and Hot 100 charts. New Woman, her collaboration with Rosalía, also garnered global acclaim.
Lisa’s solo ventures have expanded beyond music, as she’s set to make her acting debut in season 3 of The White Lotus.
