Originally from Kerala, India and now based in Dubai, UAE, the Civil Engineer had landed in Dubai in 1991 and since then got into the construction niche to hone his skills in the same, starting as a Quantity Surveyor in a multinational construction firm. He gave ten years to the company and sharpened his skills and knowledge to open his own company in 2002. Heilbronn Contracting today is a well-known success story that has been involved in several landmarks in Dubai and India with projects like the Chilled Water Pipe Network for the Burj Khalifa District, external infrastructure works for the Mall of Emirates and Madinat Jumeirah, and The Emirates rugby Sevens was our flagship project, completed in less than one-year duration. It has also been associated with Emirates Airlines for 20 years.
In 2008, he also started Luxury Property Development with Heilbronn Properties, which resulted in gaining significant assets and profits during the past 15 years. Currently, he is building multiple luxury apartments in Dubai for wealthy investors. Heilbronn Properties owns multiple Golf villas, staff accommodation buildings, townhouses, mansions, office spaces, etc. Beyond doing so much in business, he has created a one-of-a-kind lifestyle for himself, where he has some of the top-notch super cars in his fleet and is also a watch collector and an excellent sportsman.
