Disney+ Drops Massive 2026 K-Drama Lineup: IU, Suzy, Hyun Bin and More Set to Rule Screens

Disney+ reveals 9 major K-dramas for 2026 including Perfect Crown, The Remarried Empress and Portraits of Delusion, starring IU, Suzy, Hyun Bin and more.

The global K-drama wave continues to surge as Disney+ officially unveiled its highly anticipated slate of Korean originals for 2026. Following Netflix’s recent announcement of 17 new Korean series, Disney+ has now revealed nine major K-dramas spanning romance, thrillers, fantasy, and action — instantly igniting excitement among fans worldwide.

After offering a brief preview earlier, Disney+ has now confirmed its full lineup, promising some of the most star-studded and buzzworthy Korean shows arriving next year. From romantic epics to dark psychological thrillers, the platform is positioning itself as a major destination for premium Korean storytelling.

Leading the list is Perfect Crown, a sweeping romance drama starring IU and Byeon Woo Seok, alongside Noh Sang Hyun. Already one of the most awaited K-dramas of 2026, the series has locked an April 2026 premiere and promises royal-scale emotions and visual grandeur.

Another highly anticipated project is The Remarried Empress, a live-action adaptation of the global webtoon sensation. Featuring Shin Min Ah, Lee Jong Suk, Ju Ji Hoon, and Lee Se Young, the drama is scheduled for release in the second half of 2026 and is expected to be one of Disney+’s biggest Korean launches to date.

Portraits of Delusion, starring Bae Suzy and Kim Seon Ho, also arrives later in 2026. With a mysterious working title and limited plot details revealed so far, the series has already sparked intense curiosity among fans.

On the thriller and action front, A Shop for Killers 2 brings back Lee Dong Wook and Kim Hye Jun for another adrenaline-filled season. Made in Korea 2, featuring Hyun Bin, Jung Woo Sung, Woo Do Hwan, and Seo Eun Soo, promises high-octane drama and scale. Meanwhile, The Husband, starring Nam Goong Min and Lee Seol, is expected to deliver intense emotional storytelling.

Disney+ also revealed Gold Land, starring Park Bo Young and Kim Sung Cheol, eyeing an early 2026 release. In Your Radiant Season, featuring Lee Sung Kyung and Chae Jong Hyeop, has confirmed a February 20, 2026 premiere, offering a heartwarming romance to kick off the year.

Completing the lineup is Battle of Fates, a reality-style competitive series featuring Jun Hyun Moo and Super Junior’s Shindong, adding variety content to the slate.

A newly released preview video showcased first looks at many of these projects, giving fans glimpses of sets, costumes, and character reveals — further fueling anticipation across social media.
