The wait is finally over! The trailer for the highly anticipated third season of The Family Man was unveiled today, and fans can’t stop talking about it. While Manoj Bajpayee returns as the ever-vigilant spy Srikant Tiwari, the new season also introduces Jaideep Ahlawat and Nimrat Kaur in pivotal roles. Jaideep steps in as the season’s primary antagonist, setting the stage for an intense face-off with Manoj’s character.
At the trailer launch event in Mumbai, however, it was the off-screen camaraderie between the two powerhouse actors that won hearts. A viral video from the event shows Jaideep Ahlawat touching Manoj Bajpayee’s feet before sharing a warm hug — a gesture that instantly melted fans. The duo then attempted to recreate their on-screen confrontation but couldn’t keep a straight face, bursting into laughter instead. Fans flooded social media with admiration, calling it a “Gangs of Wasseypur reunion” and praising their mutual respect and chemistry.
The gripping trailer opens with Srikant Tiwari finally revealing his secret life as a spy to his family, only to find himself declared a wanted criminal after an arrest warrant is issued against him. As he goes on the run with his family, his trusted ally JK (played by Sharib Hashmi) comes to his aid. Meanwhile, Nimrat Kaur appears as the mastermind behind his downfall, and Jaideep Ahlawat plays a ruthless drug smuggler from Northeast India.
