Wednesday returned with its trademark blend of mystery, drama, and dark humour—and it wasted no time diving into the creepy chaos. While Season 1 left viewers on edge with the reveal that someone was secretly stalking Wednesday Addams, Season 2 doesn’t drag out the suspense for long. In a surprising move, the stalker is unmasked by Episode 2.
Fans had spent nearly three years speculating about the identity of the stalker, expecting perhaps a returning character. Instead, the show introduced a completely new face—Agnes De Mille, played by Evie Templeton. Agnes is no ordinary student at Nevermore Academy. She boldly declares herself Wednesday’s biggest fan and is disturbingly obsessed with her. Her admiration quickly turns dangerous, as she begins invading private spaces and putting lives at risk—all in an effort to impress her idol.
Surprisingly, when Wednesday discovers the truth, she doesn’t lash out. Instead, she cleverly uses Agnes’s obsession to her advantage, enlisting her help to dig deeper into the season’s central mystery involving a chilling murder case tied to a character named Galvin.
A Dark Triangle Between Agnes, Wednesday, and Enid
Showrunner Miles Millar revealed to Netflix Tudum that one of the key dynamics in Season 2 is the shifting relationship between Wednesday, Enid, and Agnes. “We wanted to challenge Wednesday and Enid’s bond,” Millar explained. “Agnes nearly kills Enid in Episode 2. So how does Enid deal with Wednesday growing close to someone so dangerous?”
