The Dark and Moody World of Wednesday Season 2 Trailer starring Jenna Ortega Has Fans Screaming for More

Netflix has officially released the trailer for “Wednesday” Season 2 Part 1, and fans are in for another spooky, suspense-filled ride. The series, which became Netflix’s second most-watched show ever (behind only Squid Game), returns with Jenna Ortega reprising her role as the gothic, deadpan heroine Wednesday Addams.

Wednesday Faces Fame and a Dark New Threat
After saving Nevermore Academy in Season 1, Wednesday is hailed as a reluctant hero. The trailer opens with students — and even Steve Buscemi treating her like a celebrity, something she clearly despises. She quickly reunites with her colorful and upbeat roommate, Enid (Emma Myers), but the reunion takes a dark turn when Wednesday has a vision in which she’s responsible for Enid’s death.

The Addams Family Returns
Familiar faces return to the eerie world of Nevermore. Catherine Zeta-Jones, Luis Guzmán, Isaac Ordonez, Fred Armisen, and Victor Dorobantu reprise their roles as Morticia, Gomez, Pugsley, Uncle Fester, and Thing. The trailer, set to a haunting remix of The Phantom of the Opera, teases intense drama, gothic visuals, and the dry wit fans loved in Season 1.
