It’s finally time for much-awaited Panchayat, the popular series to come back with its fourth season. Prime Video and TVF revealed the formal release date, on a very special day as the series completes five years. Panchayat Season 4 will be released on July 2 on Prime Video, reminding us of the heartwarming feel of Phulera and its offbeat characters.
Celebrating the Show’s Success
Having already captured hearts with its three award-winning seasons, Panchayat remains a fan favorite for its real-life storylines, lovable performances, and realistic portrayal of rural life in India. The series has received acclaim for its sincere humor and quotable dialogues. In a tongue-in-cheek move, the producers dropped the release date in a teaser with viral meme characters, including Gia Manek’s ‘Gopi Bahu’ from Saath Nibhaana Saathiya and the hit Bhupinder Jogi meme. The lighthearted teaser pays homage to the show’s capacity to connect with social media culture, yet remain rooted in its rural origins.

What to Expect in Season 4
In Season 4, viewers can expect more drama, comedy, and heart-tugging moments as the people of Phulera encounter new problems. Abhishek Tripathi, the engineering graduate turned panchayat secretary, will have new challenges in his life, such as political opposition from local politician Chandu and the romance developing between him and Rinki. As the series goes on, it will take a deeper look into the lives of the quirky village folk and their changing relationships and escapades.
