We have been consuming Bollywood for the longest time. And along with a new movie comes its various promotional materials, beginning with a teaser (creative).

However, one thing that is common is almost all the (Bollywood) movie creatives is that it adorns its ‘star’ to attract the attention of the audience with the so-called star power. Here is one movie and a ‘star’ featuring in that movie that have gone ahead and been (probably) as true to the concept of its narrative as possible right from its teaser. We are talking about the upcoming Akshay Kumar starrer TOILET – EK PREM KATHA.

As surprising as it may be, Akki announced to the world the latest teaser creative of the movie and we are surprised. The poster does not have any ‘star’ on it. Of the two creatives one would definitely catch everyone’s attention as there are various significant indicators, something that one dies to see in case of emergency (read nature’s call). Varun Dhawan and Ali Bhatt’s on-screen pairing has always been successful one. Right from their first film STUDENT OF THE YEAR, then HUMPTY SHARMA KI DULHANIA and this year’s BADRINATH KI DULHANIA were BO hits and people gave their thumbs up to Alia-Varun’s magical pairing. And it seems this magic is going to continue further. Well the duo is set to romance on-screen yet again.

According to the latest reports, Varun and Alia are being considered for Karan Johar’s upcoming film SHIDDAT. The film will be directed by Abhishek Varman (2 STATES fame) and it will be a two-hero project. However, who will play the second hero is not yet finalized.

The film might go on floors by next year. Meanwhile Karan, Abhishek, Alia and Varun are working on the script and having meetings.

Interestingly, SHIDDAT will be their fourth project together. Well, surprisingly Alia has not even formed her pairing with alleged beau Sidharth that much as she has been seen with Varun Dhawan. She has worked with Sidharth in two films STUDENT OF THE YEAR and KAPOOR & SONS. We wonder Alia's pairing with Varun is more magical than real boyfriend Sidharth.

Well, we are certainly looking forward to see Varun-Alia’s jodi on screen!

Earlier we told you how four big films namely JAGGA JASOOS, MOM, CHEF and HASEENA are all set for a huge clash at box office on July 14 this year.
          
Now taking a wise decision and thereby avoiding a huge clash the makers of Saif Ali Khan starrer CHEF has postponed the release of their film from July 14 to October 6.

CHEF is an Indian adaptation of Jon Favreau’s Hollywood hit flick of the same name. The film is helmed by Airlift director, Raja Krishna Menon. The film also stars South actor, Padmapriya and child actor, Svar Kamble.
 
Speaking on the new release date, Vikram Malhotra, Founder & CEO of Abundantia Entertainment, says, “CHEF is the true new age feel-good, family film. We wanted the film to release in a period where families can step out to enjoy this film with each other.”
  
Thrilled about being a part of the project, Saif Ali Khan, adds, “I’m truly excited about CHEF, I’ve enjoyed every moment shooting for it. Raja has adapted the story beautifully for the Indian palate, underlining a relationship between a father and son. A film with such a universal appeal deserves the right release date. We, as a team, are doing our best.”

Director Raja Krishna Menon shared, “It’s been an amazing journey adapting CHEF. We’ve had great fun making the film. It’s truly a fun family journey and therefore we want to release the film at a time when the entire family can go out and watch it. To that end I think we’ve found the right release window.”

The Hindi adaptation of the film has been made keeping the Indian palate in mind and revolves around a father-son relationship.

So with this there will be no clash between Saif Ali Khan’s CHEF and his wife’s cousin Ranbir Kapoor starrer JAGGA JASOOS.

Anupam Kher is an actor who can play any role with equal finesse. The versatile actor will be seen portraying Ex-PM Manmohan Singh in a film THE ACCIDENTAL PRIME MINISTER which is based on a memoir of same name written by Sanjay Baru.

The actor shared the first poster of his film on a micro-blogging site yesterday and we must tell you that he looks like a spitting image of Manmohan Singh and for a second you will be left wondering if the person in the poster is actually Anupam Kher or not.

Hansal Mehta has written the screenplay of this film while debutant director Vijay Ratnakar Gutte will be directing it. The film will hit the silver screens during winter next year.

Vidya Balan played mother to Amitabh Bachchan in R Balki directed film PAA (2009) in which Big B played the role of a 12-year-old Auro who suffers from a rare genetic disorder.

Post this film they again worked together in TEEN.

Now Vidya Balan’s upcoming film TUMHARI SULU is all set to clash with Amitabh Bachchan and Rishi Kapoor starrer 102 NOT OUT as both the film is scheduled to release on December 1 this year.

Both the films coming on same day will cause lose to either of them. So now we will have to wait and watch if either of the makers of these films will reschedule the release date of their respective film.
