The highly anticipated first look of actress Meenakshi Chaudhary from Naga Chaitanya’s upcoming pan-India film NC24 has been postponed following the tragic bus accident in Chevella, Rangareddy district. Directed by Virupaksha filmmaker Karthik Varma Dandu, the film marks another ambitious collaboration between the director and the Telugu star, promising a gripping mythical thriller.

In the film, Meenakshi plays an archaeologist named Lakshya. The makers had initially planned to unveil her first-look poster today but chose to delay the release by a day to pay respects to those affected by the accident. The production team shared an emotional message on social media, stating, “We are deeply saddened by the tragic incident in Chevella. Our heartfelt condolences to the families who lost their loved ones and prayers for a speedy recovery of those injured. Out of respect, we have decided to postpone the reveal of Meenakshi Chaudhary’s first look to tomorrow.”

Fans have widely praised the team’s compassionate decision, flooding the post with supportive messages and commending their empathy toward the victims and their families.

Produced by BVSN Prasad under Sri Venkateswara Cine Chitra and presented by Sukumar Writings, NC24 also features Laapataa Ladies actor Sparsh Shrivastava in a pivotal role. The screenplay is supervised by celebrated filmmaker Sukumar, with music composed by Kantara fame Ajaneesh B. Loknath.

The actor had unveiled his own first-look poster in May 2025, setting high expectations for what is being touted as one of the most ambitious and visually grand projects of his career.
