On the eve of Diwali 2025, the parents of the late Punjabi singer Sidhu Moosewala posted a heart-warming tribute and warm wishes to his fans. On social media, they uploaded an adorable photo of their younger son, Shubhdeep Singh Sidhu, and wrote an emotional note in memory of Moosewala’s legacy.
Written in Punjabi, the poignant message said:
“Will light the lamps even today with the same desire,
Will light up everywhere with your memory.
Even if my name is small, but my emotion is adorable,
Because he lives in my heart — my brother exists.
Enlightening this Diwali with brother’s voice and light of memories,
Meet soon with a new song.
Take care of your surroundings,
Happy Diwali to all on Bandi Chhod Divas!”
The memo indicates that a new track would be coming out shortly in memory of Moosewala, although no information or release date has been provided so far. Followers have shown eagerness and appreciation, particularly since the artist’s posthumous releases are still being widely heard.
