In an eye-opening episode of Bigg Boss 18, actress Alice Kaushik opens up about the difficult childhood she faced due to her parents’ toxic relationship. Alice describes how constant fighting and violence became a normal part of her life. Even though her father was violent but she revealed that she feels more attached to him because he understands her feelings better than her mother.
During a heartfelt conversation with Nyrraa Banerji, Alice boldly confessed that both of her parents abhorred physical violence and explained that “violence was in [his] nature” and She and her siblings grew up believing it was normal. This shocking reveal gives viewers insight into the painful environment in which Alice grew up.

One of her most heartbreaking stories involves his father’s tragic death by suicide. After not contacting for many years Alice shared her mother told her to call her father. So that Alice was informed by a stranger that her father was dead. She initially couldn’t believe it and refused to accept the heartbreaking truth. Alice remembers how the police explained the situation. And the picture he sent her on WhatsApp confirmed her father’s death.
What’s worse? Alice said that during her father’s cremation she received the rope he used to commit s*icide. Her mother , who was remarried at the time seems to be sympathetically loose. It was something that caused Alice to be mentally traumatized. Alice eventually moves out after being “kicked” out of the house for a short time and witnessed a painful past of suffering from domestic violence and broken family relationships.
In previous episode, Alice Kaushik stirred up a bit of drama by playfully suggesting that fellow contestant Eisha Singh might have feelings for Avinash Mishra. While casually chatting with Avinash, Alice remarked, “Eisha tujhe pasand hai. Usne ek do baar chheda” (Eisha likes you; she’s teased you a couple of times), hinting at a possible connection between the two. This light-hearted observation soon sparked conversations among the trio.
